According to the law a prisoner is entitled to child welfare based on a number of conditions.

According to the information you provided me with I believe you do not meet the following requirements: - The prisoner is imprisoned within the country;
- You need to have worked and resided continuously for 5 years in the country prior to your imprisonment.
